When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be uploaded. You may also track your order in your account.
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from multiple locations so may be delivered in more than one shipment. In this case, you will be notified via email and will receive distinct tracking numbers.

If Kanuk provides a return label for returns from the Eurozone countries, a flat fee of $50 CAD (before VAT) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If it is an order purchased directly from kanuk.com and it's not a Final Sale product, you can request a shipping label using our Return Portal or by visiting us at one of our stores with your purchase receipt.

Unfortunately, Kanuk does not offer direct exchange. To exchange an item from your order (provided it is not final sale), return it for a refund and place a new order. Please ensure to return your item using the Return Portal or visiting our stores following the return process set out above.
You are welcome to wait until your online return has been processed through our portal and credited before making a replacement purchase. All replacements are subject to availability.
Print the pre-paid shipping label and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.
