KANUK limited lifetime WARRANTY

Covers the cost of repairs against defects in
workmanship or raw materials (fabric and insulation) for the life of the jacket, i.e. the time the product is worn by the original owner.

This warranty does not cover repairs
required as a result of accident, improper use, neglect, normal wear and tear, or the natural deterioration of colors and materials after long use, or products that have been modified in any way.

Please note that this warranty does not cover items whose inner labels have been removed or perforated.

1-year warranty on accessories, bags and ready-to-wear garments.

Kanuk 5-year warranty on coat trims:
zippers, buttons, velcro, barillets and elastics.

In accordance with our health and safety practices
and the hygiene of our sewing equipment, all coats must be freshly laundered. All items sent in for repair must be pre-washed, failing which they will be returned to their owner at the owner's expense.

For a warranty assessment, your product must be returned with a proof of purchase directly to Kanuk's repair shop (485 Rachel Street East, Montreal, Quebec H2J 2H1). All shipments to the Warranty Department must be prepaid and insured. Kanuk is not responsible for the loss of incoming
packages.
