Returns

Start your return online: print the pre-paid shipping label and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. 

You have 14 days from the shipping date to return an item free of charge. The merchandise must be in its original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and its original packaging with the labels attached.

Exchanges

To exchange an item from your recent order, return it for a refund and place a new order with Customer Service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Please ensure to return your item using the return portal within 14 days of delivery. 

You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase.
